About Merrissa

You are not alone

Does any of this sound familiar?

You do not need a diagnosis to reach out. If something has felt off for a while, that is reason enough.

  • A low mood that lingers

Sadness or emptiness that lasts for weeks, or losing interest in things you used to enjoy.

  • Worry that won't switch off

Racing thoughts, a tight chest or feeling on edge even when things seem fine.

  • Big swings in mood or energy

Stretches of high energy and little sleep, followed by hard crashes.

  • The past showing up today

Memories, nightmares or feeling on guard after something painful happened.

  • Nights that feel too long

Trouble falling asleep, staying asleep or waking up rested.

  • Stress that keeps piling up

Work, family or big life changes that leave you worn out and short on patience.

  • Strain with the people you love

Arguments, distance or feeling misunderstood by the people closest to you.
