Before each visit you will get a reminder with a secure link to join. You can also find it in the client portal.
Join a few minutes early
On a computer, the visit opens in your web browser. On a phone or tablet, you may be asked to download a free app first.
Meet with Merrissa
Find a quiet, private spot. If you lose your connection, rejoin with the same link or call our office.
What you need
- A phone, tablet or computer with a camera, microphone and speaker
- A steady internet connection. Wi-Fi works best.
- A quiet, private place where you can talk openly
- Your pharmacy's name and address

Yes. We see Texas residents only.

No. All visits are by secure video, so you can meet with Merrissa from home or any private place.
