Accessibility Statement

Our commitment to a website and services everyone can use.

Last updated October 2, 2026

[CONFIRM: Merrissa's review and approval of this accessibility statement]

We want everyone to be able to use this website and our services, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, voice control, captions or zoom.

Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA.

What we have done

  • Body text is at least 16 pixels, with strong color contrast.
  • Pages have clear headings, labels and link text, and they work with a keyboard.
  • Moving animations have a pause button, and they stay still when reduced motion is turned on in your device settings.
  • Meaningful images have text descriptions, and decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
  • We check pages with automated accessibility tests and by hand before we publish changes.

Known limits

Booking, the message form and the client portal are provided by an outside service. We choose tools that aim to be accessible, but we do not control their design. If any part is hard to use, call us and we will book your visit or take your message by phone.

Help with your care

We provide free aids and services so people with disabilities can communicate with us, such as sign language interpreters, relay services and written information in other formats. If you are deaf or hard of hearing, you can reach us through a relay service by dialing 711. If English is not your preferred language, we also provide a free interpreter. Please tell us what you need when you book, and see our Nondiscrimination and Language Help notice.

Tell us about a problem

Call (832) 957-2982 or email info@oaysisbehavioraltx.com. Tell us the page and what went wrong. We will reply within 24 hours and help you another way in the meantime.
