We are in network with Medicare, Texas Medicaid and many major insurance plans. If you do not have insurance, or prefer not to use it, you can pay for yourself.
In network
Insurance plans we accept
Texas Medicaid
Traditional (fee for service) Texas Medicaid. If you have a STAR or STAR+PLUS plan, call us before you book.
Railroad Medicare
Through Optum, which runs mental health care for many UnitedHealthcare plans. Call us and we will check your benefits.
A network, not an insurance company, used by many employer health plans. If you see the MultiPlan name or logo on your insurance card, call us and we will check your benefits.
Self pay
Paying without insurance
If you do not have insurance or prefer not to use it, these are our rates.

Ask if Merrissa Wesley-Chapman, APRN, PMHNP-BC, at Oaysis Behavioral Consultants is in network for outpatient mental health and telehealth visits.

Ask about your copay and deductible, and whether you need a referral first.

Insurance questions
Do I need a referral?
Most people do not need a referral. Some insurance plans, including some HMO plans, require one. Call the number on your insurance card to check, or call us and we will help.
What insurance do you accept?
We are in network with Medicare, Texas Medicaid, Railroad Medicare, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas, Aetna, Cigna, Optum, TRICARE and MultiPlan. Through Optum, we also see many UnitedHealthcare members. For Texas Medicaid, we take traditional Medicaid. If you have a STAR or STAR+PLUS plan, call us before you book. What if I don't have insurance?
You can pay for yourself. Our self pay rates are on our Insurance and Fees page, and you have the right to a Good Faith Estimate of your costs.
